Trudi - Leidenschaft und Qualität
- Alle Trudi-Produkte werden hinsichtlich der Sicherheit für Nutzer entworfen und während des kompletten Produktionsprozesses ständigen spezifischen Kontrollen unterzogen.
- Sämtliche Qualitätskontrollen werden von dem unabhängigen "Italienischen Institut für Spielzeugsicherheit" (IISG) durchgeführt.
- Jede Betriebsaktivität ist nach UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 zertifiziert.
- Die Qualitätsparameter entsprechen den Normen EN 71 (mechanische und toxikologische Eigenschaften sowie Entflammbarkeit) und ASTM (US-Standard) und liegen damit über den notwendigen Anforderungen im Spielwarenbereich.
- Alle Zulieferbetriebe verplichten sich, ihre Produkte nach dem Trudi-Verhaltenskodex herzustellen. Dazu gehören die Einhaltung der Arbeitszeiten in der landesspeziefischen Gesetztesgebung, Beschäftigung von qualifiziertem und dementsprechenden entlohntem Personal sowie Gewährleistung eines gesunden Arbeitsplatzes.
- Alle Plüschtiere von Trudi sind waschmaschinengeeignet.
- Die Konsestenz der trudi-Qualitätskontolle ist beeindruckend: In 50 Jahren Produktionsgeschichte mit Hunderttausenden gefertigter Produkte hat die Trudi-Gruppe noch keinen Produktrückruf vom Markt ausgeben müssen.
